From the still waters of Tasmania.
Valley Vodka begins where the air is thinnest and the water is purest, in the highland valleys of Tasmania. We distil Australian-grown grain in a traditional copper pot still, then cut it with natural spring water, filtered through ancient Tasmanian dolerite.
The copper pot is slow work, but it draws out a softer, rounder spirit. Charcoal filtered to a remarkable clarity, the result is a vodka that is ultra-smooth, premium in quality and deeply Tasmanian.
